Madhu Sapre: Sapre was born in Mumbai. She represented India at the 1992 Miss Universe pageant, where she finished third (2nd runner up).

During her career, Madhu and fellow supermodel and then boy friend Milind Soman, shot an extremely steamy print ad for Tuff Shoes.

The ad featured both of them wearing just a pair of Tuff shoes and a python covering their private parts. The ad didn't go down well with the religious groups and a lawsuit was filed on them. Recently, the lawsuit was dropped.

Sapre lives in Italy with her husband Gian Maria.[1] She dated the popular Indian model, Milind Soman. She still does the odd appearance on the ramp in India. Sapre shuttles between Italy and India.
